Referral Bonus Terms

These Referral Program Terms (the “Program Terms”) govern participation in the Qwik Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating, you agree to these Program Terms as well as the Qwik Terms of Use.

Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:

Card Approval

Have been approved for a Qwik Card.

Good Standing

Remain in good standing with Qwik.

First Purchase

Complete at least one qualifying purchase with their Qwik Card during the Program period.

Referral Bonus Details

When you refer a new user who is approved for a Qwik Card and makes their first qualifying transaction, you will be eligible to receive a referral reward (the “Referral Bonus”).

Reward Size

$10 – $200

Determined by Qwik at its sole discretion. Most participants will receive a bonus between $10 and $25 based on a weighted distribution.

Referral Restrictions

To keep the community safe and fair, please follow these guidelines:

You may only refer individuals with whom you have a direct, personal relationship.
Referral links may not be distributed through mass email, public posting, social media, paid advertising, or any other method of commercial solicitation.
Attempts to exploit the Program, including making token purchases without genuine intent to use the Qwik Card, are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any Referral Bonus.

Limits & Taxes

The maximum cumulative Referral Bonuses you may earn under the Program is $250.
If your Referral Bonuses in a calendar year exceed $599, Qwik may require you to submit a completed Form W-9 prior to disbursement.
You are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the Referral Bonus.

Program Changes

Qwik may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
