Hardware & Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Communications, you will need the following:

General Devices

A computer or mobile device with Internet or mobile connectivity.
You must have a current version of a PDF reader installed on your device (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader, Foxit Reader, or similar).

Desktop Web Browser

Recent web browser that includes 256-bit encryption.
Cookies enabled. (Use of browser extensions may impair full website functionality).
Minimum recommended: most recent Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.

Application-Based Communications

A recent device operating system that supports text messaging, downloading, and applications from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.
The most recent versions of Apple Safari or Google Chrome on iOS or Google Chrome for Android OS.

Requesting Paper Copies

I am aware of your right to request paper copies of any electronic document related to your prepaid card, by sending an email to support@qwikcard.app. You may request these copies at any time, which may incur additional costs as described below.

Physical Copies Fee Notice

Each printed page will incur a fee of $2.00 USD, which includes all shipping and handling charges.

The cost of providing physical copies of electronic records will be determined by the number of printed pages required. The total number of printed pages will depend on the volume of transaction activity, with multiple transactions potentially fitting on a single page.

Withdrawal of Consent

Should I choose to withdraw my consent for electronic transactions at any point, I can do so by sending an email to support@qwikcard.app. I understand that by withdrawing my consent, QWIK will continue to provide the service without any extra fee except for the cost described above for each sheet printed.

Keeping Information Current

You agree to maintain a valid email address, mailing address, and phone number with us and promptly notify us of any changes. You may update your email address, mailing address, and phone number by contacting customer service at support@qwikcard.app.
