Important Notice
This document constitutes the agreement between you and Cross River Bank Regarding your Qwik Card. Upward Financial Inc. is a technology services provider and the administrator of the Qwik card program.
Nature of the Card
Your Card is a Mastercard and can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Fees & ID Verification
Fees are set forth in the “Schedule of Fees and Charges.” Federal law also requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you:
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information (like driver's license) that allows us to identify you.
Unclaimed Property
If your Card becomes inactive (usually 3-5 years depending on state law), we may be obligated to send the balance to your state as unclaimed property.
