Acceptable Use Policy

Qwik products and services are designed for personal, not business, use. By using Qwik, you agree to follow all applicable laws and this Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”).

This Policy is part of the Qwik Terms of Use and other Qwik policies. A violation of this Policy is also considered a violation of the Terms of Use. Any capitalized words not defined here have the same meaning as in the Terms of Use.

Prohibited & High-Risk Industries

When using Qwik services, you must not, and must not allow others to, conduct transactions linked to prohibited or high-risk industries, including:

Sanctioned countries or restricted jurisdictions

Certain crypto exchanges or digital asset platforms

Illegal drugs, controlled substances, unlicensed cannabis

Firearms, weapons, or related services

Non-bank financial institutions operating without licenses

Gambling entities or online offshore gaming

Infringing on intellectual property, privacy, or rights

Adult content or sexual encounter services

High-risk financial or bearer share schemes

Any business designated prohibited by Qwik or bank partners

Fraud, Misrepresentation & Abuse

You may not engage in any of the following activities:

Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information to Qwik, our bank partners, or service providers.
Create or attempt to maintain more than one personal account without written approval.
Use false identities, burner emails, fake phone numbers, or misrepresent yourself.
Refuse to cooperate with a Qwik investigation or fail to verify your identity.
Dispute legitimate transactions or attempt double recovery from Qwik and a merchant.
Abuse the card system, violate network rules, or attempt to run cash advances from your card.
Attempt to provide yourself (or others) a cash advance from your Qwik Card.

Security & Technical Restrictions

You must not:

Take actions that overload, damage, or disrupt Qwik systems, apps, or websites.
Spread malware, viruses, or other harmful digital code.
Interfere with Qwik services, networks, or another user’s access.
Attempt to hack, bypass, or disable Qwik security measures.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from Qwik software.
Export or transfer Qwik technology in violation of trade or export laws.

User Conduct

Do not harass, abuse, or threaten Qwik employees, agents, or other users.
Do not use Qwik services for commercial/business purposes or for anyone other than yourself.
Do not copy, use, or display Qwik trademarks or content except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Enforcement

If you engage in any prohibited activity, Qwik may SUSPEND or TERMINATE your account, BLOCK transactions, REPORT suspicious activity to regulators, and take any other action allowed under law or our agreements.
